Beautiful blouse with a smocked, elasticated neckline. The coarsely crinkled blouse fabric is incredibly comfortable and looks fantastic. The long sleeves have smocked ruffled cuffs. The blouse has a small drawstring at the neckline and is longer in the back than in the front.
