be sent back. Please put the completed return form in your package. After receipt/inspection of the goods, the refund will be issued within 7 days.
Worn and washed items, reduced goods, and items where the label has been removed are not eligible for exchange. Our return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods. The shipping costs we calculate are a flat rate shipping cost and will not be refunded.

To all customers from Switzerland: please make sure to fill out all customs documents and, if possible, do not send them back with DHL. Customs sometimes pulls out packages, unfortunately often packages from DHL. These then have to be picked up at customs and we don't have the capacity to collect them and they would come back to you.

This sometimes happens very quickly, especially with popular and new products. We always try to restock products, as soon as we can offer the product again, the stock will be increased! Please register by email if you would like to be notified. Unfortunately, sometimes it is not possible for us to reorder goods. We ask for your understanding.
The goods are usually lovingly packaged and shipped within 7-14 days after receipt of payment. If possible even faster.

We send our packages with DHL. As soon as the package is on its way to you, you will receive a confirmation with a DHL tracking number so that you can see when your goods will arrive. Discount or voucher codes can be entered in the shopping cart or at the end of the order (checkout). The amount will then be deducted upon payment. Please pay attention to the exact spelling.
Note: We cannot manually add discounts to the order after the order is completed.
The goods presented on Facebook can usually also be purchased in our stores. Of course, we cannot guarantee that everything will be in stock. Due to high demand and our still limited storage capacities, popular goods are often sold out quickly.
