General Terms and Conditions for Facebook Contests by Trends & Lifestyle Deutschland GmbH
These terms and conditions apply to all competitions that we conduct via Facebook (www.facebook.com/trendsandlifestyledeutschlandgmbh). Therefore, only the profile name is recorded by us, Trends & Lifestyle Deutschland GmbH.

PARTICIPANTS/ PARTICIPATION
By participating in the contest, the Facebook user expressly acknowledges these general terms and conditions of participation. The minimum age for participation is 18 years. Employees of Trends & Lifestyle Deutschland GmbH and their affiliated companies or partners in the context of the competition are excluded from participation. The same applies to their relatives or life partners. Participation is only possible via personal Facebook login (own Facebook account). If we become aware of technical manipulations or any other violation of these terms and conditions, we will exclude the participant from the contest. Technical manipulation includes, among other things, participation via a contest service or similar automated collective participation services. In these cases, the prize may also be revoked retroactively, and an alternative winner may be drawn.
The start of the contest is the respective publication time on our Instagram page. Participation is only possible until the specified drawing time.

WINS/ WINNER DETERMINATION
The prize will be specified in the respective contest posting. A payout of the prize value in cash or an exchange of the prize is excluded. The prize is non-transferable. The determination of the winner is done by random selection.
The winners will be determined immediately after the end of the contest and notified via Facebook.

If the prize is not redeemed or claimed within one year, it will expire without any further claims."

LIABILITY
As far as the material prizes are offers from third parties, Trends & Lifestyle Deutschland GmbH as the organizer of the competition is not liable for non-performance or poor performance in relation to the prizes offered or any damages incurred by the winner when claiming the performance.
DATA PROTECTION
As part of the competition, personal data will be collected from the winner as well as any accompanying persons. We need this data for the purpose of processing the competition. In particular, the name and first name, postal address, and email address of the relevant persons will be collected, stored, and used. In the event of a win, Trends & Lifestyle Deutschland GmbH as the organizer is also entitled to publish the winner's Facebook profile picture and name. By participating in our Facebook competitions, each participant also agrees to our privacy policy.
EARLY TERMINATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES
"We reserve the right to change the competition without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, to cancel the competition, or to terminate it."
