2. Enter the required sender details. Our return address is already on file for you.

3. Create your return label and print it out.

4. Fill out the return slip and include it with your return. The more information we receive, the faster we can process your return.

5. Affix the return label clearly to the package and drop off the shipment at a DHL branch, a DHL parcel shop, or a DHL Packstation.

• Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the goods.
• Please return the items unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• Items with removed tags, as well as worn or washed goods, are excluded from returns.
• Please pack the goods carefully to prevent damage during transit.
• The flat-rate shipping fee charged at the time of the order will not be refunded.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it. The refund will then be issued within 7 days using the payment method used for the order.

Please ensure that all required customs documents are fully completed. If possible, we recommend using a shipping carrier other than DHL for returns. Customs inspections can result in shipments being held; since we cannot collect them from customs in person, they would be returned to the sender in such cases.
