Please include the return form filled out in your package. After receipt/inspection of the goods, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
Excluded from exchange: worn and washed items, discounted goods, as well as items where the tag has been removed. Our return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods. The costs of the return shipment are borne by the buyer. The shipping costs charged by us are considered a flat shipping fee and will not be refunded.
