Returns:
Goods that do not fit or are not liked can be sent back sufficiently franked to our address:

can be returned. Please include the completed return form in your package. After receipt/inspection of the goods, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
Excluded from exchange: worn and washed items, as well as items where the label has been removed. Our return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods. The shipping costs charged by us are flat-rate shipping costs and will not be refunded.
We would be happy to know the reason for the return. Thank you!
To all customers from Switzerland: please make sure to fill out all customs documents and, if possible, do not return with DHL. Customs occasionally pulls out packages, unfortunately often DHL packages, which then have to be picked up at customs and we do not have the capacity to collect them, so they would be returned to you.

Did you perhaps place your order with us a bit hastily and made a small mistake? No problem, we can solve that together!

If the package has already been shipped and cannot be delivered, we reserve the right to charge the shipping costs again.
That sometimes happens very quickly, especially with popular and new products. We always try to restock products; as soon as we can offer the product again, the inventory is increased! Feel free to sign up for our notification, where you will always receive current information. Unfortunately, sometimes it is also not possible for us to reorder goods. We ask for your understanding.
The goods are usually lovingly packed and shipped within 7-14 days after payment is received. If possible, even faster.
We ship our packages with DHL. As soon as the package is on its way to you, you will receive a confirmation with the DHL tracking number, so you can check when your goods will arrive. Discount or voucher codes can be entered in the shopping cart or at the end of the order (checkout). The amount will then be deducted upon payment. Please pay attention to the exact spelling.
Note: We cannot manually add discounts to the order after the order is completed.
The goods presented on Facebook can usually also be purchased in our stores. Of course, we cannot guarantee that everything is in stock. Due to high demand and our still limited storage capacities, popular goods are often sold out quickly.
