Worn and washed items, as well as items where the tag has been removed, are non-returnable. Our return period is 14 days after receipt of the goods.
Why don't we offer free returns?
We want to keep returns as low as possible, because firstly it takes a lot of time to unfold the clothes again and secondly, for the sake of the environment, we want to encourage people to buy more conscious clothing.

This sometimes happens very quickly, especially with popular and new products. We always try to restock products, as soon as we can offer the product again, the stock will be increased! Unfortunately, it is sometimes not possible for us to reorder goods. We ask for your understanding.
The goods are usually packaged and shipped within 7-14 days after receipt of payment. If possible even faster.
We ship our packages with DHL. Once the package is on your way, you will get a confirmation with DHL tracking number so you can see when your goods arrive at you. If there are delays and your package will not arrive, you can contact us by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
We ship our orders throughout Europe.
There are different payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Klarna invoice and Klarna instant transfer.
For payments via Klarna invoice:
We ask you to pay your bill via Klarna and not to transfer the amount to us - please wait for the bill/payment request from Klarna (usually comes a day later).

Discount or voucher codes can be entered in the shopping cart or at the end of the order (checkout). The amount will then be deducted from the payment. Please pay attention to the exact spelling.
Note:We cannot manually add discounts to the order after the order has been completed.
The goods presented on Facebook can usually also be purchased in our stores. Of course we cannot guarantee that everything is in stock. Due to the high demand and our still limited storage capacity, popular goods are often sold out quickly.
